IMG_1981.jpgI am opening up Personal Training services to support Mama’s from home.  I know how hard it is to get out of the house or to find the motivation to work out on your own.  After having a baby our bodies are in need of a lot of recovery.  Where do we start?  Our bodies need time and attention to rebuild the strength it once had.

Going to a gym can be very overwhelming and what do you do with baby!?  You may want to venture out to a local class but what if it’s during nap time?  Or you both had a rough night?  Stay home.  Let me come to you.  We will work at your pace in your comfort zone for as long as needed.

I know what it’s like.  It’s scary and confusing.  Let’s do it together.  You are not alone.
